Jo Eykyn

I am Jo Eykyn, the CEO and Co-Director of ME Collective, a vibrant hair salon in Winchester. With nearly 30 years in the hairdressing industry, I bring a wealth of experience, having managed three salons and developed a strong foundation in training, mentoring, and customer service. My journey began in 1995, right here in Winchester, where my passion for people led me to excel in training and leadership roles.

As a qualified assessor, I’ve had the privilege of being part of a creative team, enjoying the dynamic world of photoshoots, stage work, and London Fashion Week. My specialties include cutting, styling, and creating stunning hairdos for special occasions. At Me Collective, I co-founded this innovative salon with Barry Maddocks, where we focus on delivering amazing hair and fostering happy, motivated teams.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed various salons, enhancing my expertise with a CIPD HR qualification along the way. I have worked with numerous prestigious names in the industry, and I’m proud to share my knowledge and passion with our talented team at Me Collective.
