Hi there! I'm Jess Dent, the owner and Creative Director of Jessica's Hair and Beauty, and I'm delighted to share my story with you. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have turned my passion for hair into a thriving business.

Ever since I was young, I've been captivated by the world of hair. I love experimenting with different hairstyles and colours, seeing them as a powerful tool for self-expression and a source of confidence. To me, hair has the ability to reinvent and empower individuals, allowing them to embrace their uniqueness and beauty.

Luxury and customer experience are at the core of my philosophy. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to feel beautiful and that each head of hair is unique, requiring personalized care and attention. That's why I've meticulously crafted my salon to offer a warm and elegant atmosphere, where my clients can enjoy a truly premium experience. I take great pride in using only the finest hair products, ensuring that every visit to my salon is a treat for the senses.

As a fully qualified assessor and Educator, I'm committed to staying at the forefront of the industry. I'm a graduate of the prestigious Hearts Master Art Director program, and I'm honoured to be a part of WELOVE's International Art Team. My dedication to sustainability led me to become an Ambassador for EPIIC, a brand partner of WELOVE. Through this role, I've not only contributed to the preservation of our environment but also witnessed a remarkable 11% increase in salon sales over the past year.

Beyond running my salon, I'm passionate about helping fellow stylists reach their full potential and achieve business success. With over 13 years of experience, I understand the ins and outs of the industry and know exactly what it takes to excel.
