About Me
Hello, I'm Julia Brown, the proud owner of Polkadots Hair Design Ltd located in Oxfordshire.
My journey in the hair industry began in 1996, immediately after completing my schooling. Over the years, I dedicated myself to mastering the craft and advancing my career. In my pursuit of excellence, I seized valuable opportunities to expand my skills and knowledge. One such opportunity was participating in the renowned 7 Gems programme with the Paul Mitchell group. This experience opened doors for me to collaborate with esteemed brands like L’ANZA and La Biosthetique. For three enriching years, I served as a key member of their UK Artistic Team, which allowed me to work alongside talented professionals and travel to inspiring destinations such as Paris and Germany. These experiences broadened my perspective and nurtured my artistic flair.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I decided to establish my own business. In August 2013, Polkadots Hair Design was born in the heart of Oxfordshire. This year, we proudly celebrate a decade of delivering exceptional hair services. As a salon owner, I have always prioritized self-improvement, seizing every opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge in order to provide the best possible experience for my clients.
Now, I am embarking on an exciting new chapter as a member of the WELOVE community. This groundbreaking venture offers me the chance to take my career to new heights through the prestigious Purple Hearts 360 Masters degree program. Additionally, I am thrilled to be part of the Educate the Educator Programme, where I can share my expertise and passion with aspiring hairstylists. Being associated with WELOVE fills me with pride and excitement.
