Hi, my name is Victoria Hughes, and I'm an Executive Stylist at Melissa Timperley Salon in Manchester. With a deep-rooted passion for all things hair, I take immense pride in making people feel more confident through a fabulous cut and colour. My goal is to transform every client's hair into a masterpiece that they can wear proudly, reflecting their unique style and personality.

At Melissa Timperley Salon, I stay at the forefront of current trends and styles by continuously learning and attending numerous courses and online events. My commitment to education ensures that I can offer the latest and most innovative techniques to my clients. In addition to the in-house ‘Melissa Salons Masterclass’ level specialist training, I have just completed Project ClubStar, a prestigious 12-month mentoring programme run by the Fellowship of British Hairdressing. This programme is designed to develop a stylist’s artistic talent outside of the salon environment.

During my time with Project ClubStar, I had the incredible opportunity to work alongside industry legends such as Errol Douglas, Casey Coleman, and Melissa Timperley. These experiences have greatly enhanced my skills and broadened my creative horizons, allowing me to bring fresh, cutting-edge styles to my clients.
